Paper/oral presentation and Poster Proposals

Members and non-Members are invited to submit proposals to the SILFI Steering Committee. Proposals can be related to one or more of the several topics featured in the conference or even open – to be presented in the open session. Each presentation will last 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion. Posters will be exhibited during the conference poster session (one hour). Paper and poster proposals, anonimyzed, will be sent to two SILFI Steering Committee Members for evaluation.Proposals are due by October 15, 2015.

Paper and Poster Submission Instructions and Submission Process:

Please submit proposals to silfi2016@ucm.es

Instructions for submission:
- In the email subject line write "SILFI – abstract [Surname Name]",
- Provide in attachment two separate documents: :

1. An anominyzed abstract of max 400 words (references excluded) in .doc or .pdf format, preceded by the indication of:


• a) Title;
• b) One of two conference topics related to the presentation (or even to the open session);
• c) Preferred presentation type: oral presentation or poster presentation.

2. A document in .doc or .pdf format containing the following information:


• a. Title;
• b. One of two conference topics related to the presentation (or even to the open session);
• c. Author's name, professional affiliation, email address;

The Organizing Committee will inform authors about the acceptance of abstracts by the 31^st of October 2015 and will send them details about the conference organization. The final version of the programme and other practical information will be issued by the 10^th of January 2016 on the SILFI official website www.silfi.eu
